About The Club
Background
Charter Standard The Club was awarded and successfully maintained FA Charter Standard Club [1] accreditation since 2004. This award is in line with the best practice for the provision of football training for children and shows that the organisation and administration of the Club is efficient and effective, providing transparent processes to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone involved in the Club.
The Club has built on it’s accreditation to: • Forge strong links with the Norfolk FA and Norwich City FC to give connection to the professional football game. • Develop close ties with local schools and football clubs in the Norwich area to make it an intrinsic part of the wider community. • Build great links with local and national businesses, through sponsorship and direct involvement to enable investment.
Child Protection and Safety
The safety and protection of the children in our care is a very important part of our role as a responsible youth football club. All individuals who have contact with children on a regular or formal basis on behalf of the club undergo CRB Checks and Child Protection Training. Stuart Sayer is the Child Protection Officer (CPO) for the club.
